1. Introduction

Welcome to the Mantle RevOps Inc. Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your participation in the Program. By joining the Program, you agree to these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, do not participate in the Program.

2. Program Participation

2.1 Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals and entities interested in promoting Mantle RevOps Inc. and its services. Participants do not need to be existing customers of Mantle RevOps Inc. to be eligible. All participants must comply with these TOS at all times to maintain their eligibility.

2.2 Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must complete the affiliate application and be approved by Mantle RevOps Inc. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

3. Commissions

3.1 Earning Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on the monthly subscription fees paid by referred customers to Mantle RevOps Inc. for the first 6 months of the referred customer’s subscription plan. Commissions are only earned on payments actually received from referred customers, excluding refunds, chargebacks, or discounts.

3.2 Payment of Commissions

Commissions are paid out monthly. Affiliates must have a valid payment method on file and are responsible for any taxes associated with commission payments. Mantle RevOps Inc. reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

3.3 Minimum Payout Threshold

To be eligible for a payout, affiliates must accumulate commissions that meet or exceed the equivalent of 6 months of subscription fees for our base-level plan. This threshold ensures that commissions are paid out for referrals that contribute to sustained customer engagements with Mantle RevOps Inc. Only commissions that meet this minimum payout threshold will be eligible for payment. If an affiliate’s accumulated commissions do not meet this threshold, payment will be deferred until the minimum threshold is reached or the affiliate’s participation in the Program is terminated, whichever occurs first.

4. Affiliate Obligations

4.1 Referral Tracking

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral links are properly formatted. Mantle RevOps Inc. is not responsible for tracking issues resulting from incorrect referral link usage. In the event that an affiliate believes a referral has not been properly attributed to their account, they are encouraged to follow the process outlined in our documentation for claiming a missing referral. This process is designed to ensure that all affiliates are fairly credited for their referrals, provided they comply with the guidelines set forth in the documentation.

4.2 Marketing Practices

Affiliates must engage in ethical marketing practices, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not make false or misleading statements about Mantle RevOps Inc. products or services.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 Term

These TOS will begin upon your enrollment in the Program and will end when terminated by either party.

5.2 Termination

Either party may terminate these TOS at any time with notice. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid in the final payout.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mantle RevOps Inc. will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Modification

Mantle RevOps Inc. reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in these TOS at any time, at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and must comply with the revised TOS.

7.2 Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mantle RevOps Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
