Ticket Table: Last Message Column & Column Reordering
Ticket table now supports a "Last Message" column that shows the latest message and sender, with a hover preview for previous messages. Table columns can also be reordered via drag and drop.

Rate Limit Banner in Flow Activity
Helpful banner added to the flow activity list when multiple failed runs are caused by rate limit errors. The banner explains the issue and works across all resource types.

Reports UX Overhaul
Major redesign of the reports experience. New sidebar categories replace the previous 4-column layout, ability to favorite reports, "Dashboards" renamed to "Custom Reports" under Reports in the main nav, and a new "Favorite Reports" widget for the home sidebar.
