Customer statuses
Understanding customer statuses is important for effective customer management:
-
Installed: The app has been installed without an active subscription. This includes stores using the app without a plan selection, unless you’ve configured a $0 plan in Mantle. Note: Trial users are considered Subscribed, not Installed.
-
Subscribed: The app is installed, and the customer has selected a plan and authorised the charge. Note: If the customer is on a free plan, ensure a $0 plan is created in Mantle and that the customer is actively subscribed to it. Otherwise, they will remain in the Installed state.
-
Uninstalled: The customer has uninstalled the app.
-
Lead: A prospect who hasn’t installed the app yet but has shown interest or engagement (e.g. via sign-up, playbook download, webinar, etc.).
-
Cancelled: The app is still installed, but the customer has cancelled their subscription.
-
Lost: The app has been uninstalled and the subscription has been cancelled.
