Activity

Using the Shopify Partner API and Mantle’s own data, the activity report provides a comprehensive view of your app’s installation trends. This report is designed to help you understand how your changes in your app’s installation count are trending over time, and how they compare to the previous period before it.

There are five app events which contribute to changes in your app’s installation count:

1. Installed: the number of new installations of your app - or customers who have never installed your app previously.
2. Uninstalled: the number of customers who have uninstalled your app.
3. Deactivated: the number of customers who have either closed their Shopify store or have had their store closed by Shopify.
4. Reinstalled: the number of customers who previously uninstalled your app, but have since reinstalled it.
5. Reactivated: the number of customers who previously had closed their Shopify store, but have since reactivated it.

Active users

The active users report provides a comprehensive view of your app’s active user count. Using this report, you can see the change in your app’s active user count over time, as well as see how much it has changed over the selected period of time.
